Q: What website do I use to view my transcriptions?
Q: I am getting a message that asks "Are you sure you want to complete this note?" after I complete each transcription. How do I remove the message?
A: From the Home screen in InQuiry, click on Preferences. Uncheck the box at the bottom of the page that says "Always confirm completion" and click OK.
Q: How do I set up Auto Print and Complete?
- Log in to InQuiry and click on Preferences
- Check the box beside "Auto Print and Complete"
- You can change the intervals from the default 5 minutes to whatever you wish.
- Click ok.
Note: InQuiry will have to remain open for this to work. If you need to work in another program, leave InQuiry up on the computer screen and open another window on top of it. After the transcriptions have been printed, they will move to the Search All folder.
Q: I am trying to upload my dictations but nothing is happening.
A:Restarting the computer should remedy this problem; however, if you continue to have this problem, please contact us for further troubleshooting.
Q: How do I delete a note?
A: Open the note in “View” mode. Click on the “Info” button along the row of buttons at the top of the page. On the next screen, there is a dropdown menu next to the words “Change To:” In that dropdown menu, select “Invalidated” then click “Save and Close.” If you need to pull up the note in the future, go to the “Search All” tab and click on “Invalidated” beside “Basic Search.” You can then search for the note and open it.
